Hello, I am HauntedOpus, and I am a 25 year old artist and Vtuber from America. I do anthro/DND art for people who like what I do and want to support my journey.
Terms of Service
BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL WORK ONLY WHEN YOU SIGN THE FORMS AND CHECK THE T.O.S AGREEMENT.
I. General Disclaimers
- I reserve the right to deny a commission if it does not fall within my guidlines
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.
- I reserve the rights to modify, alter, and recolor YCH/sketches done previously for other YCH/sketch commissions (Noot Noots, Memes, ETC.)
- I have Multiple Sclerosis, so I get sick constantly. My works come out slow on some days, and fast on others. See part III. for more information on timeframes.
- If you cease all contact with me, you forfeit the right to a refund. No exceptions. This means unfriending me, blocking me, saying to not contact you again, etc.
II. Will/Won't Draw
Will Draw:
- Anthros/Furries
- DnD Sonas
- Backgrounds
- Futuristic/Robot/Mecha/Gundam
- Armor/Weapons
- Custom/From Scratch Ideas/OCs
- Meme Art (Noot Noots, YCHs, etc.)
- Fandom Characters with yours
Won't Draw:
- CP/Underaged Pornography
- Hardcore Gore
- Fetish Art (Toilet Play, Vore, Fart Play, ETC.)
- Characters that don't belong to you without permission from the og creator (unless its from a fandom like Undertale, Warframe, ETC.)
- Snuff
III. Time Frame For Commissions
- My commissions take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 months depending on how busy my life is, considering I am disabled. Please be patient.
- If the commission is not completed after 8 months, a full refund will be issued unless the commission is started, which you can receive the refund for any work that is incomplete.
- Deadlines are allowed to be discussed, but I need at least 1 month notice prior to purchasing said commission, as well as a fee of 20% of the original commission. If the commission is not completed by the time of the deadline, a full refund will be issued.
IV. Copyright and Ownership of Works
- When you purchase work from me, you have full ownership of the piece created for you. You may use it for AI Generation, Stickers, etc.
- You may not claim the works as if you drew them, and you may not remove my logo from commissions.
- You may not profit from my work unless you are selling the character as a whole, in which that is your choice to do so, but the art is still labeled as my work (logo/watermark)
- If you violate any of my T.o.S, and can/will take legal action against the offense according to copyright Laws of the united states of america. Copyright Law Website
V. Payments and Forms
- I accept Cashapp, Paypal (unless stated otherwise), Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. I do not accept bitcoin.
- To get a commission from me, you must fill out the form associated with the type of commission you are wanting.
- The commission must be paid in full in order for the art to be started and completed.
